The client, a popular tech product company, wanted an internal app that allowed staff to learn of new and current products, features and other company information.
This was to be a game that was made up of many mini games, and allowed tracking on a singular and multiple scale. Game research was done into how other mobile games relayed their content and what processes are used. We didnt want this to feel like the user was doing something for work, but rather be something that they would enjoy as if they were playing something like Candy Crush. What better way to learn than under the guise of fun.
The approach of Gamification was taken and Ram Jumper created, a fun interactive way of learning and tracking team progress through various, non-challenging yet stimulating games.
PRODUCT VISUAL DESIGN
I created these illustrations to be a contrast to the company’s all white approach, but also fit with their clean and simplistic design style. As this is a game, the visuals needed to shout fun, just as the ideas behind each mini game was to be fun.
